Membership Program
The Belair Properties Owners’ Association (BPOA) is your area association, which is committed to maintaining and enhancing those things that are important to the property owners of Belair Properties.

The BPOA Membership Program provides cottage/homeowners with opportunities for enhanced participation within the community for a reasonable membership fee (valid for 12 months). Your membership will strengthen our community voice and help fund worthwhile community initiatives, regular maintenance and up-keep.

Instructions for Registering

Option 1 - Online Registration
1. First complete the Online Registration Form (click to open)
2. Send in payment via electronic transfer (e-transfer) to belairpoa.mb@gmail.com
3. After Step 1 and 2 are completed, BPOA will send confirmation of registration within 3 to 5 business days.

Option 2 - Mail-In Registration

1. First print off and complete the Mail-In Registration Form (click to open)
2. Send cash or cheque (preferred) payment along with completed Registration Form to:

3. Within 3 to 5 business days of receiving Step 2 above, the BPOA will send confirmation of registration when phone or email is provided.

Early Bird Incentive
​
All membership registrations received by Saturday, June 15 - 12:00 AM Midnight will be entered into a draw for a:
